About Service Catalog
The service catalog is at the core of IT service management, contains a centralized list of IT services from the IT service portfolio (planned, operated as well as retired services) that are available for customer use. Within the IT service catalog, you will find an organized, digitized presentation of all of the IT services that company provides.

Part of IT service catalog are dependencies to building blocks of different serices so called service components (can be applications, infrastructure, support and many others) which by visualization helps you to orient thru your whole landscape (services, components, providers)
